Service

VersionAlert for Unity provides email notifications about Unity editor releases and related summaries. The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your email address and maintaining access to it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payments, invoicing, and tax/VAT compliance. Subscription management, refunds, and billing history are provided through their customer portal.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. If you request immediate access to a digital service, you may lose this right once the service begins. Lemon Squeezy may ask you to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right. For billing or refund requests, use the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or contact us.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
  • Do not scrape or misuse the site in a way that harms others.
  • Respect third-party services and their terms of use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a business, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, where legally permissible.
